7.00 am : 1/2 cup of cooked oats with 1/4 cup of mixed nuts (almonds, walnut ,chia seed) ,1/4 cup of chopped fruits (300 calories)
10.00 am : Fruits like apple , banana (100 calories)
12.00 pm : Vegetable Pulao, 1 cup of mixed vegetables, 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice Or you can take 2 chapati instead of rice (450 calories)
3.00 pm : sprouts (100 calories)
6.00 pm : Palak Paneer, 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa, 1 cup of steamed broccoli(600 calories)
9.00 pm : chopped salad (100 calories)
